The hostess was so friendly!!!! She looked after me...even put a handwritten sign out for me as a welcome.
Great building....cosy but very spacious. The breakfast was top drawer including catwring really well for Gluten Free.
Be sure to buy some of the home made jams and chutneys. I'm going to find an excuse to stay again soon!!!!
I think someone was smoking inside on rhe Saturday night.

Host was very friendly helpful and kind. Easy to drive to Lowestoft town centre from hotel. Nice outdoor area to front also. Breakfast was ample
Few little fixes required in bedroom. Both overall nicely decorated throughout

Warm and friendly staff. Spacious room, large bed, comfortable chairs. Compact bathroom yet sufficient for moving around - good shower pressure. The hot breakfast was lovely - we did not have any of the continental offerings.

Breakfast poor expected full English by description for price not good or as advertised had to pay extra to upgrade
Service not good had to ask for a drink at breakfast and flies in the bedroom
