Fantastic stay, great room, shower was fantastic, breakfast was excellent and both Paul & Teresa were class hosts.

I thought that Paul and Teresa were such lovely and accommodating guests, especially considering we were on a business trip for Sunrise Film Festival and came back at unsociable hours. The breakfast was brilliant and they were social-able and friendly and felt like just being at home! We shall be returning. Rooms were clean.

Teresa and Paul are a lovely, warm, welcoming couple. The room was perfect for what I needed, I had a very good night sleep, felt very safe and the location was perfect for where I needed to get to for Sunrise Film Festival. They even remembered that I like Greek yoghurt and went out of their way to provide some for me, which was so kind. Breakfast was delicious! And a great place to bump into people with similar interests (in this case, the film festival).
Nothing about the stay or the room was wrong. The town of Lowestoft has a seaside charm to it - I heard it was a booming town once - but now feels a little rundown (I blame Brexit, personally). I hope that Lowestoft finds a boom in business and spirit again, as I think it has so much potential. Staying at Kingsleigh Guest house was a VERY good find!
