Well appointed rooms great facilities right next to the caves really happy with our rooms family of five. We had two rooms next to each other. Staff are wonderful goodness for much more

Good location, as it very close to the cave. Various breakfast options. Could be crowded for the breakfast, but there is enough space to fit everyone.
We had two rooms. And in one there was dust everywhere. As we stayed just for the night, it was acceptable for us.

The location of the property was excellent, a very short walk to the cave entrance. Check in was easy and the front desk staff were very friendly. The parking lot was busy, but we found a spot each time we returned.
When we arrived in our room, the smell was unbearable. It smelt like a damp basement. We spoke to reception about it as we headed out, and they advised they would look into it. When we returned, we were given a key to move to a different room.
Our rate included breakfast, and that was well below average. Breakfast was really busy, and they were running out of items already (we were there reasonably early). The bacon was laying in a pool of water. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast at all, but not sure what other options there are in the area.
Rooms do not have tea/coffee making facilities, which is a major oversight.
Overall you are paying for location.
