Whilst we arrived on a Sunday when self access happens this works fine. Best of all was the superb restaurant on ground floor which gave us an excellent meal

nice spacious room with private balcony, clean bathrooms equipped with amenities, good breakfast with local products, private parking available on request.
less breakfast options for vegetarians, need to wait a long for hot water in bathrooms, hotel restaurant was closed and there are no other restaurants nearby.

In my opinion it's an option only in case of emergency. You have a place to sleep at a price witch is not much lower then other better places. The only plus is that you have the restaurant were you can eat good and price convenient meals.
It was not an option to book the room together with the breakfast and the payment was requested on the spot. Later on I didn't want to get my life complicated with additionally payment for breakfast so I can't tell anything about what you get
