The location is fantastic, we couldn't choose between staying somewhere like this or Collioure, but we're glad we stayed here. We went in early September, slightly out of season, so it was nice and quiet. There were plenty of beds available at both the pool and at the beach - and the ones at the beach were free in September. We didn't eat at the restaurant though, so can't comment, but the bar was reasonably priced.
There were some local shops and a few local restaurants. If you walk about 15mins you could go to Argeles Plage but it's really tacky, I wouldn't recommend it. For restaurants or culture, I'd go to Collioure in the evening, it's a stunning place, but for a beach holiday, this location was great.
We stayed opposite the hotel in the apartment style rooms they have which was mostly fine. And we parked our car for free a few minutes walk down the road - although again, this was in September, I don't know how busy it might get in July/August.
The worst thing by far was the constant smells of drains in the bathroom, it was constant. We weren't there for long, so we couldn't be bothered to try to complain and switch rooms, and once you closed both rooms to the bathroom, the bedroom smelled fine. But the drain smell was disgusting.
Other than that, the decor is a little dated, the fridge barely makes anything cold and I get the feeling that this place might get a bit too busy in the Summer - but is great when quieter.

All the food is freshly produced by some very talented chefs. Nothing is too much trouble for them to meet your requirements. We keep returning as the owner sets a very high standard and the staff follow in his footsteps. The location is pretty much on the beach 👌
We never used to have to pay for parking and now we do at 18 euros a night it soon adds up. Also the spaces are v small

Staff was friendly, restaurant was okay, not much else to say.
There is just nothing, nothing to see, to do. Which ever way you walked, there was nothing with a bit of class.. I left a few days early
