The location is optimal, in the middle of the city center, close to the water and places to eat (only bad thing is that there’s a bar in front of the hotel so theres people all night making noise, and so close to the cathedral which rings bells every half an hour for like 10 minutes every time).
It doesnt have an elevator and we stayes in the 4th floor without a heads up (my husband has a knee injury and if was quite hard going up and down every time). The carpets were all stained and dirty (not just the room, the stairs and hallways). The window didnt open fully and there was a weird smell in the room (probably the dirty carpets). There is no reception at all, its kind of like a self service and using a code to enter. Basically this is why i didnt complain to anyone. The toilet paper from the bathroom is NOT toilet paper but some sort of paper napkins. The bed was okay but the pillows where thin as a towel. Like they forgot to put the stuffing inside the pillow.
Finally, the key has a huge keychain which is super uncomfortable to carry around.
