Sehr zentral im Welterbe. Guter Service. Parkplatz vorher planen.

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Wer gut schlafen will, ist hier richtig. Ausgezeichnete Matratzen! Leises Rauschen des Flusses. Direkt neben den Rathaus, trotzdem keine Störung durch die Touristen. Weg zur Gärtnerstadt lohnt sich für die Gaststätte Kleehof.

Besser einen Parkplatz suchen, statt der super engen Tiefgarage. Die Rezeption kann Tipps geben, wenn man nicht in die TG möchte.

Quaint hotel in historic center with wonderful food and modern conveniences.

The room was huge and cheery like a Heidi fantasy. Overlooked the river and Rathaus. Absolutely picturesque. Restaurant food was wonderfully fresh and well cooked.

They need to buy new towels. Curtains were gingham and dawn was at 4:30 am! Wi fi very poor.

worse hotel with rude staff

only the location

There were no one in reception when I wanted to check in at 14:00 pm I waited for too long and there were some staff walking around and when I asked them they just ignored me and walked away so rude and finally after waiting for so long a lady came to the reception and when I asked her she just answered " well I am here "in a rude way and didn't even apologies. Just asked me about my name and handed me the key and no she didn't give me any information like what hotels usually do or a welcome at least. The vibes in the hotel were too negative and they didn't make you feel welcomed at the hotel at all its liked they are forced to have people in , or they just hate their job. When I get the room the windows were wide open , and the hotel is next to a river so there were flys all over the room and Insekts. the furniture were very old and very small Tv . and it's described that there is a river view but that wasn't true , at the night it was very noisy outside my window so it wasn't that comfortable to sleep , not worth the money at all from the room to the rude staff especially the old lady.

Great location, comfortable bed and good food.

Excellent location, very comfortable if somewhat dated room (in the separate building across the courtyard) and very good evening meal and breakfast served in the restaurant.

Despite us booking on the basis of 'on site car park' (which to me means a hotel car park) we arrived to find that it was in fact a nearby public car park with a 2m height restriction which was no use for us with a roof box. Therefore, we had to park on the road by the hotel. This is normally residents' permit only but as it was a Sunday we got away with it. Staff were generally good but communication sometimes limited for English-speaking and we were initially somewhat ignored having been seated in the restaurant in the evening.

location is center of the tourist spot

staff was very rude (only one person and think she was the owner of hotel ) and did not have any sense of service mind I have booked triple room type which stated in booking that have 1 single bed and 1 double bed because i come with my kid . when i have arrives hotel staff said it is only double bed with larger room. i tried to ask her and show what room type that i book in booking app with english language. she refused to see anything and said i don’t speak your language with not good face i ended up with no explanation and had to stay in that room for one night. there is no electric kettle in the room 😔😔😔 lastly when i asked hotel staff, i did not want anything from hotel i just need at least explanation only if some thing wrong with booking or if i misunderstood i could accept it but for this case i got nothing from them and had to sleep with lots of things in my mind overnight

Perfect Little Traditional B&B

Perfect location right next to the city center with places to park nearby. Rooms were nice a cozy and bathrooms were clean. Breakfast was standard German style with a nice yoghurt bar.

The single room in the corner was a bit cold with all of the windows, and difficult to heat, but the standard room was fine.

Perfect spot for a romantic quick getaway.

Property was central and quick walk from the parking garage. Staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Absolutely come here to sleep, just leave your dog at home, or in the very least on the floor.

Location was great, breakfast was good

Breakfast was slightly disorganized, your allowed to grab some items, but others, eg. Cafe you must wait for the staff. Even though the machine is easily in reach of the self serve food line. We also were forced to pay an extra 50 euro fine for having our dog sleep on the bed with us. The evening restaurant is good, but the food pairings are a bit off. They try to be upscale, but have trouble hitting the mark.

Lovely room. The view was simply lovely and the whole hotel is quite charming. Right in the city centre. Staff is quite nice, even if they entered the room without knocking.

Beds were not so comfy, and the pillows were a bit too hard and high. Shower could be better, as the curtain is not the best option to keep the bathroom dry, expecially if you're travelling with children.

We are happy with our choice of this hotel.

Super location right in the center but very quiet without city noice. We were even offered gratis sparkling wine at the restaurant. The food is also excellent. We enjoyed our stay and will definately come back when visiting the city again next time.

The shower cabin in our room does not have door or curtain, when not being extremely carefully, the floor is easily get too wet.
