Large, modern, comfortable room with amazing views over the town. Everything worked well, although the room lighting could have been better. Plenty of parking, helpful reception (although only until 17:00) and a very good (although pricey) breakfast. As other contributors had said, it is at the top of a hill but taken at a steady pace it is quite walkable.
Room lighting could be improved, but otherwise excellent.

Clean and quiet
No hot water in the bathroom! Best was lukewarm. Very poor and spotty wi-fi. Room was small. No early breakfast opportunity. No coffee pot or refrigerator or telephone in the room. This place looks like it is on the verge of closing.
Challenging location and road to get to hotel. Cannot recommend this hotel.
