The bed was very comfortable, good shower, great to have free tea and coffee in the bar. Air conditioning was very welcome in the heatwave. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Easy walk into the sights of Bamberg.
More space in the underground car park would have been useful but there was another car park about 5 mins walk - both options were expensive but thats always the way in a town/city.

Wonderful hotel 3 minute walk from the heart of old town. Great air conditioning and a clean bathroom with a large area around the sink and a great walk-in shower. Convenient parking in the garage under the hotel.

The location was excellent for walking the old city. They had complimentary coffee in the restaurant. We only stayed one night and left early the next morning. The staff was most excellent and helpful.
