Very kind, polite and helpful staff.
Good breakfast.
Big room.
Beautiful outdoors space.
I would like the cleaning to be more in detail inside the room. Next to the nightstand they were spiderwebs and a spider. Probably it was a missing spot, but it wasn’t the best image when you go to bed.

The hotel looks and is very nice on the outside. The garden and the kids playground are very nice.
The rooms are not 4 stars! No air conditioning in a standard double; had to open the window during the night but of course there are the mosquitoes!!!

If the booking states that the tourist tax is included, I don't understand why I'm being charged again?

The room was spacious, and the bed was very large, which we appreciated. The food was also good, with a decent variety and quality throughout our stay.
We stayed for 11 nights, but the bed linen was never changed, and the towels were replaced only once during the entire stay. The mattress was uncomfortable and seemed worn out on one side, making it feel like it was sinking. The ashtray on the balcony was full when we arrived and had to be emptied after we requested it. The television in the room was also very old and outdated.
