It was very clean . The breakfast was excellent. It was very quiet- far away from any noise. The staff was very nice and helpful. The first floor rooms that we had were really nice.
In order to get to the train station to go to Venice,you needed to get a taxi or take their shuttle. There were only 4 times in the morning and 4 in the afternoon and evening to get a shuttle. It did add some pressure to our visits to Venice and elsewhere , because we needed to be very concerned about timing things. If we had a car it would have made the days activities feel less pressured. So perhaps for people with cars it is a more convenient place to stay.
I would have liked to be able to bring back some food to the property , but you were only permitted to eat in your room or right outside in the little area of your room -,if it was on the first floor.

Friendly, welcoming atmosphere, very accommodating, staff proudly working their best.
Pool could open earlier so I could have used.
