A great experience to relax after busy days in city centers. Dr Marco has 3 new and complete suites isolated in the large backyard and provides all support needed by guests. A wonderful breakfast is included and for dinner, Roncade is less than 10 minutes away. You can park just beside your room, which makes it easy for the ones with luggages. We enjoyed the experience and the chance to talk to Marco.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, Marco und Stefanie sind sehr, sehr herzliche und freundliche Gastgeber. Marco hat uns gute Tipps für Besichtigungen, Restaurants und die Anreise nach Venedig gegeben. Das Anwesen und der Garten sind sehr schön, vor allem der Frühstückspavillon ist toll. Zimmer sind sehr schön, auch der Spa-Bereich (den haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt). Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Nächte waren angenehm ruhig. Es sind nur ein paar Minuten zum Bahnhof, von dort aus kann man in ca 40 Min. Venedig bequem mit dem Zug erreichen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Everything was perfect.If you're booking for the first time, don't hesitate to choose this place.The property is privately managed by retired doctors who have clearly built it with love and care. You can feel their attention to detail in every interaction. They prepared breakfast as if they were hosting guests in their own home.There are only four rooms, which makes the experience peaceful and personal. The rooms are very spacious, exceptionally clean, and extremely well maintained.The location is also very convenient for visiting Venice. For us, it was wonderful to stay away from the crowds and enjoy a more relaxed experience while still being close enough to explore the city.If you've just found this place and are considering booking it for the first time, just go ahead and book it. Most likely, you'll be very happy with your choice.
