The entire facility, very clean, staff welcoming and understanding, very patient, I appreciated the organised shuttle taking us to the sanctuary of Padre Pio and picking us up, and details of the program there
The windows of the bathroom could not open, I did not know how to do it, any way being one night I did no bother to ask, so not a big deal

L’hôtel est correct, avec un parking facile d’accès et un grand parking gratuit à 200 mètres, idéal pour les véhicules plus grands comme les vans ou les camionnettes. Le personnel est agréable et très accueillant, notamment Michele qui nous a bien informés. La salle de restaurant pour le petit-déjeuner est spacieuse, avec des tables numérotées par chambre. Les tables sont bien dressées et très propres, et la musique d’ambiance est agréable. Le personnel est facilement accessible pour satisfaire nos demandes. Il y a également des terrasses extérieures à l’arrière de l’hôtel, avec des fauteuils et une terrasse couverte.
Le petit-déjeuner, malgré le cadre charmant du restaurant et la grande table dressée, fut une déception. Le choix en charcuterie et fromage était bien maigre : du fromage en tranches et du jambon assez gras. Les sandwichs mous, loin d’être artisanaux, pain gris déjà tranché, sans aucune option de pain frais italien. Quant au café et au cappuccino, ils étaient à faire soi-même ou à commander au bar, ce qui impliquait un supplément. Le choix de croissants était également limité, sans croissants à la crème par exemple. Les amateurs de déjeuner salé seront certainement déçus. Les meubles de la chambre étaient désuets, la cabine de douche exiguë et peu pratique, notamment pour les hommes grands ou en surpoids. De plus, les serviettes étaient très fines, contrairement aux serviettes éponges que l’on trouve généralement dans la plupart des hôtels. .

Siamo rimasti per una sola notte, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, pulito ed elegante ( sopratutto il ristorante) comodo anche il parcheggio interno
