Location, quiet with lovely surrounding restaurants
Shower a little small but that maybe the case in all hotels as this was my first visit to Poland

No air con or any details re using TV etc in the room, would have benefited from a rubbish bin too

Great location for both Old Town and Jewish Quarters. Breakfast was ok, no hot food just continental bits but enough to get by. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were also able to leave our luggage after checkout and collect later which was really helpful
Beds were awful. The ‘mattress’ we had was about 3inches thick, we did complain after no sleep on our first night and were given a mattress topper (2inch thick max!) it helped but still not comfortable. Pillows were also almost non existent. We had a double bed but 2 single duvets which suited us. Shower was also awful, it ran off a water tank in the room, so although lovely and powerful, you only had enough hot water for 1 person to shower. (We ended up one showering at night and one in the morning so we didn’t have to have a cold one)
