Lovely staff, good location
Very noisy street outside and I imagine the room would be very cold in winter without heating

Cozy room, hotel in the center, but it wasnt loudly
Parking just in few minutes from the hotel, but if you travel by medium size car it is a little bit complicated to parking at garage (is not enough space to maneuver.

It was in a great location - very central and close to any of the attractions which we were keen to see.
The bathroom was a tight squeeze - not much room between the sink and the toilet

The staff was incredibly helpful and understanding
The rooms were smaller than we expected and the cleaning wasn’t spotless in some areas. Sadly a major construction was happening next door which also caused some problems.
