La ubicación.
La amabilidad y los consejos que recibimos en el check-in (Srta. Violeta y su compañero no sé el nombre era muy joven, pero muy competente y también nos atendió EXCELENTEMENTE en el check-out ayer domingo CARLOS.

La personnel très gentille et agréable.
Des à l'accueil, femme de ménage ainsi qu'au restaurant.
On y été au mois d'août donc pas trop de monde,.les transats étaient disponibles,.piscine propre, chambre grande et propre,
Les deux piscines impeccable et le faite de pouvoir utiliser la piscine de salou park 1 était très pratique. Des mini piscines pour les bébés aussi au top.
Salle à manger grande, les repos excellents, délicieux et très variés.
Ils organisent des soirées animé et il y a un bar sur la terrasse.
Vraiment j'étais en vacances .
J'y ai passé 3 nuits la prochaine fois je reviendrai pour pour passer toute mes jours de vacances.

On nous a refusé d'accéder au restaurant car nous avions 10 min de retards ,malgre d'avoir expliqué que nous étions bloqué par la pluie au PortAventura Lundi 24. J'étais avec un enfant. 😪.
J'ai supplie l'homme qui gère le restaurant mais il ́n'a pas voulu comprendre.
J'aurais préféré que La porte de la salle de bain soit pas transparente j'étais avec mon fils de 14ans . Pas assez d'intimité.

Location is great. Very close to the beach and main area
We had no air conditioning for the whole duration of our stay. We always make sure we book somewhere with air conditioning. We complained for 3 days and they kept putting us off and making excuses, the staff were quite rude. we eventually found a nice girl working who arranged for us to change room and guaranteed us it would be working in our new room but when got into our new room it was not working in that room either.
If air conditioning is a must for your holiday I WOULD NOT book here
