Un apartamento precioso con vistas al mar cerca de la playa

- Buena comunicación con el chico de la recepción antes de llegar al sitio - El precio por noche es más que adecuado - La ubicación es perfecta, lejos del ruido, desde la terraza se ve el mar, la playa está muy cerca y es una buena playa - El apartamento por dentro es muy cómodo, tiene su estilo elegante, tiene buena calefacción - La ducha es otro tema, es impresionante! Qué chorros caen de allí! - Nos sentíamos muy felices en toda nuestra estancia, muchas gracias por todo!!!

- Había unas muy pequeñas hormiguitas en el suelo pero la verdad que no nos molestaron para nada - Las cortinas y los radiadores estaban un poco sucios pero entiendo que es por la humedad y polvo que entra desde la terraza

Cómodo apartamento , bien ubicado y muy limpio

Su ubicación y limpieza. Cuenta con lo imprescindible para pasar unos días. Acudimos con nuestra mascota y nos dieron un pequeño detalle para él. Muy buena atención del personal. El edificio es precioso.

Excepcional

El personal es muy amable, son muy detallistas. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y contaba con todos los utensilios necesarios. Terraza grande y con vistas muy bonitas. Estuvimos muy a gusto.

Si vas con carrito de niño es complicado moverse por allí andando, hay escaleras para acceder a la playa o cuestas muy pronunciadas, necesitamos el coche para prácticamente todo, aunque esto es totalmente independiente al apartamento.

Excellent place to stay

Very well equipped and comfortable apartment close to the beach. Quiet location. There was secure parking available, but we had no trouble parking across the road from the entrance for free.

No kettle in a room. And studio apartment. Would pay a bit more and get a terrace room instead.

Superb

Beautiful building with spacious apartments in attractive coastal village. Accommodation was spacious and comfortable, with lovely views of the beach. The apartment was well equipped, the bedroom was a good size and comfortable. There was a well equipped kitchen and pleasant living/ dining area.. I was pleased there was secure on site parking.

No oven in the apartment but that was a minor issue.

GreT apartment close to the beach

Perfect location - a few minutes walk to the beach. Lovely terrace to sit out on. Had everything we needed for a four night stay.

Our second stay in these lovely apartments which are spacious, clean, comfortable, well equipped. Very friendly and helpful staff, short walk to seafront with great choice of bars and restaurants. 30 mins drive to Santander. Also, don't miss Museo de Altamira, great place to visit on a rainy day.

Close to being fabulous

beautiful building, very close to beach and lots of lovely bars & restaurants. Beautiful sea view from the windows. the apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. lovely staff, polite and friendly. we loved the surprise gifts of milk & eggs - so thoughtful.

Unfortunately we were housed in the room right at the top of the building. Although we were told that the roof was sloped, we didn’t quite realise just how much of the apartment this applied to. There were a few sore backs at the end of our stay. we were also really disappointed not to have a terrace or balcony, as this was an element we had specifically sought out in our search.

The beautiful building, wonderful views & proximity to La Concha beach. The staff were attentive & extremely helpful.

The very busy & noisy junction directly in front of our terrace. We found the chairs in the living room uncomfortable. An oven/grill would have been useful.

Great value for money.Easy access to or from Santander. Underground parking for motorbikes Clean quite apartment with kitchen facilities.Nice walk to bars restaurants, but dont forget this is real Spain so not many open on a Monday.

Enjoyed our time there!

We were greeted by Maria who was so warm and friendly. The apartment was great, the only thing we missed having was a bread knife, but we managed. The beds are very comfy, shower was great, the extra large patio was fabulous.

The only negative thing is the street noise when you are sitting outside, it can become a bit overwhelming when you are trying to enjoy the fabulous view and enjoy a nice glass of wine.

Suances is a hidden gem. And this is where to stay.

Very special gothic architecture. Extremely well constructed modern conversion. Impeccably decorated. Everything supplied you need. Owner and staff very friendly.

Great for a quick stop if just sightseeing or I am sure in summer for the whole holiday!

The location is unbeatable. The terrace has beautiful views of the ocean and is surrounded by great places to eat and drink. There is also parking underground for an additional fee.

A bit dated but it's super clean inside.

Appliances are old, the washing machine didn’t work right. But the balcony and view were great.

Nice well equipped apartment.

very spacious apartment with a view of the ocean. Big beds, but also pillows that were huge and hard. Could have used more pillow choices. Good restaurants within easy walking distance. Parking was easy and covered underneath the building. All COVID protocols were followed. Masks by all staff and sanitizing gel when you walked in. Everything you need for a short holiday. We used the washer/dryer in our room, the hot pot, and the iron.

Furniture was very uncomfortable. No comfortable place to sit. Foldout couch seemed old (didn't try the mattress, just trying to sit. Chair was had and not comfortable either.
