Our stay at INNSiDE by Meliá Crete Elounda was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The half board was brilliant, with excellent food throughout our stay, and the staff were consistently polite and attentive.
The hotel itself is stunning. Being new, it felt fresh and well kept, and the mid-century decor gave it real character. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a powerful shower and a huge, comfy bed. Small touches made a big difference too, like being able to log into Netflix on the TV and having the minibar refilled every day for free.
The pool was fantastic and the views over the bay were incredible. We loved sitting and watching the yachts come and go. The weather was perfect throughout, and the outdoor bar with live bands in the evening made for a brilliant atmosphere.
This was the perfect romantic getaway for my partner and me. Given the quality on offer, we felt it was excellent value, and we’ve already been recommending it to friends. We’d happily return and can’t fault the experience. Five stars all round.

Excellent views. Great location. Spacious room. Very friendly staff.
The bed mattress was very uncomfortable. It needs replacement. We've addressed a security issue with our door, and wasn't resolved. Meal wise, breakfast was basic with very limited choises and dinner was overpriced for what was offered. Limited selection on salads and main courses. Not good value for a 4 star hotel.
