In a great location with lots of food options nearby. The pool was really large. The staff were friendly and helpful
I know it’s the low season but the place was very run down. Pool was dirty with slime but the staff cleaned it immediately upon our arrival. The air conditioning leaked all day/night (they did try to fix it but it continued to leak) The bathroom tap didn’t work at all. Doors wouldn’t close. Linen and towels were tired. I think it might have been something quite special in its hey-day but for what we paid it is overpriced. Maybe the standard picks up in the high season.

The staff was superhelpful and pleasant.
The pool is nice
The house we rented was a good size
There is a lot of cracks in the house so if you don't like bugs its not the best + bathroom/shower is outside so lots of mosquitoes hanging out there.
The decoration pillows for the bed was very dirty and had white stains on them.
Bed was hard as a rock.

Definitely value for money and excellent location! It’s super convenient because the owner has motorbikes you can rent there at a good price per day, we paid 250bat for one day
The stuff is friendly, the rooms are spacious and relatively clean, and the gardens and landscaping of the hotel is beautiful to walk and chill around the hotel
The rooms are outdated but comparing to the price it’s okay, however some of the appliances were not working properly, communication was not great!
