We had an unexpectedly great experience at this hotel that we booked last minute on our trip. Even though some of the things are a bit dated (like the stairs and doors), the furniture is new and nicely designed and the beds are amazing. The staff were very friendly and the hotel is dog friendly, without extra charge (a rarity nowadays). The room was quiet and comfortable, well planned, and the price was great. We even got a box of chocolates as a welcome gift (completely unexpected!). We actually plan to come again and stay for more than a short night.
