Wonderful staff and the views from the balcony are amazing! Waking up to seeing Mondsee is unique and located a bit higher on the hill you get the best views. Even when there is a rainy day, you can enjoy the balcony views and there are panoramic windows. The staff (restaurant and hotel) is simply amazing - this is hospitality like it should be!

Requested room near elevator; Instead, our room was at end of long hallway. Personell does NOT READ REQUESTS.
I have a WALKING HANDICAP and had difficult time at this hotel/location. We will never again stay at any LANDZEIT hotels.
