מלון בוטיק יוקרתי מול האגם, הסוויטה היתה מפנקת והאווירה במלון נעימה וטעימה וגם ארוחת הבוקר. עיירה מתוקה שנעים לטייל בה.

בשיחה עם המלון לפני הגעתי ביקשתי התייחסות לאלרגיה לנוצות ונעניתי בשלילה וחוסר התייחסות. ובניגוד גמור שהגעתי למלון הם התייחסו בנימוס וגם העניין הסתדר ! לא היה צורך בבקשה מיוחדת להחלפת המצעים לכן אני תוהה לגבי האנגלית שלהם ואולי איש צוות אחד לא ראוי. במקום עצמו הכל הסתדר לטובה רק חבל שסבלתי לפני הגעתי מחוסר נעימות .

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, der Service war sehr unaufdringlich aber zuvorkommend. Auch das Essen war hervorragend. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Altbau, der auch schön renoviert wurde. Wir kommen gerne wieder, dann wollen wir auf alle Fälle ein Zimmer im Neubau, mit direktem Blick auf den See buchen.

המקום מושלם אין לובי לא מסכימים שנשב בלי להזמין בר.ארוחת הבוקר היתה ממש לא נעימה בחוץ לא מרשים לשבת בפנים מלא דבורים בתוך השתיה והאוכל.חשוב להם לקבל אנשים מבחוץ לארוחת בוקר סדינים לא הוחלפו כל השבוע בושה שילמנו ממיטב כספינו

היחס של הצוות לגבי ארוחת הבוקר וישיבה בלובי שמותנית עם הזמנה הם מקבלים בלובי אנשים מהסביבה וזה יותר חשוב
