A beautifully presented property with so much to admire in its small size. The location is very near the Tienda Leon airport bus and we walked the short distance to the property.
The staff were extremely graceful, and two gentlemen recommended two different restaurants close by which we found to provide us with memorable dinners.

Particularly the warm welcome and exceptional hospitality of Signor Rodolfo , the reception manager. He is so helpful and welcoming- as if it was a host welcoming us guests into his casa . All other staff were very nice too.

The place is charming, in an old school kind of way. Location is great for the center. Very close to Teatro Colon.
Sauna is good, though hours are limited and you must book in advance.
Breakfast is ok.
You have to always wait for someone to let you into the lobby. It felt very impractical and slightly intrusive, but i guess it's part of the old school way. Depending who you got at the door the person was also pleasant or merely there to read you the rules. Really felt more like a boarding school than a 4 star hotel level of service.
Missed having some bottled or filtered water available, too. Bought it at the corner store instead.
