Wrong choice

Dinner and breakfast were served at the buffet restaurant in the 4star hotel, and we enjoyed both meals. The apartment is 1min walk from the beach.

We understood that the apartment was separate from the hotel, but we did not expect it to be such a small, old and run-down building. The entrance was dark and somewhat intimidating, and we actually felt a little uncomfortable walking in. It immediately took away the feeling of being on vacation. There was no view from the apartment, and there were no amenities provided. What was particularly stressful was that everything was in different locations. Parking, check-in and luggage storage were at a different hotel across the street. The restaurant and swimming pool were at yet another hotel, while the apartment where we actually stayed was a short walk away. As first-time guests, we were completely confused from the beginning and found the whole arrangement quite tiring and stressful. There were also very few staff members who could speak English. We were simply handed the keys without anyone showing us where the apartment was or properly explaining how to get there. We also used the hotel swimming pool, but it was far too small for the number of guests. It was impossible to swim without bumping into other people, and there was even hair floating in the pool, which was quite unpleasant. If we stay here again in the future, we would definitely choose a hotel room rather than the apartment.

Distance to sea, sea view, room size, balcony, brush (to sweep sand), bowl (could wash some clothes), kitchen annex, well working AC, bath

Elevator was not working several times during our stay, food manu limited, drinks to lunh and dinner cost extra (and prices are high, e.g. 2,85€ for 200ml nestea) and you have to pay for it directly after each meal, but bigger problem was with lifeguard - our 5 years old daughter was swimming for several days in big pool using swimming ring with no problem, but on our last full day (and last time in the pool) there was different lifeguard (male) and he had screamed on my wife and forbid our daughter swiming in big pool with that ring. He made her cry and ruined her last day...

Hôtel en front de mer le buffet est énorme avec beaucoup de choix halal et c’est bon.

Hôtel très concentré beaucoup de monde piscine pas très grande et c’est difficile de se trouver une place pour s’installer La partie appartement est un peu vétuste et le canapé lit très inconfortable.
