Very clean and comfortable, felt like it had been recently upgraded convenient for onward journey to Alicante
The young lady on reception when I arrived was extremely helpful, sorting out my air conditioning and pointing out places to eat
The breakfast was very good

nice clean room, nice shower.
on arrival reception was not open. we had to telephone them to check us in. the bar never opened whilst we were there, we went out around 6pm and returned after 10 so don’t know if it opened whilst we were out, anyway we went into Pau just in case as there wasn’t much around the hotel. we were a bit further out from Pau than we’d realised so taxi was around €20.
