Dissapointed

The location

The hotel is not what you see in the pictures. The real hotel is very old and the rooms where very old as well, the terrace door was broken, the shower didn’t work properly

Pleasant

Location was good.

Aircon was broken. Free breakfast was given in return which was yum. Was very hot due to this. Building is in need of renovation.

Its a good place to stay when you have business in Casablanca. Will stay again.

The location, the pool, the beach and the free parking.

It was under construction so we could not get a room with a view.

It was supposed to be a Spa but I had no opportunity to use it. The place looks run down and sad.

The clean sea air and the beach front in a choice area.

The breakfast is mediocre and same food every morning. The property is run down and has seen better times. The Spa should be promoted among guests, anyway the Spa was closed on Sunday and we were not informed.

We got what we paid for. The place had a lovely atmosphere.

Beautiful authentic building but very tired and in need of attention. The staff, on the whole, were friendly and attentive. Proximity to the beach and shopping mall.

Safe not working in the room. Shower leaked water all over the floor. Balcony sliding door didn’t close properly due to sea salt erosion.

Locatition is good otherwise the service is not the best , requires huge improvement

Some staff are not good , one of them ignore all things I requested from him , no towel in the room and they haven’t provided towel even after I asked for it and sadly my wife slipped in the wet room floor .Very busy resturant with small number of staff , I could not find table for breakfast, no enough plates or cups , very little food varieties

Imagine the telephones/ communication system NOT working, unclean rooms with paint peeling off the walls , door frames rotting , unfriendly staff, etc….No bathrobes, no face towels, no slippers, no cloth hangers How on earth one expects Credit card change machine FAULTY!! They insisted that payments has to in local currency only ( at a rip off rate.)

if you are looking for close proximity to beach, the hotel is perfect. it’s clean and staff are very friendly. However t

close proximity to beach and helpfulness of staff. the rooms are very clean too. Beds are also very comfy!

the room not having a view of the pool or ocean - which was very disappointing. the noise from staff. I tried to use the spa but the staff were so noisy and also even in the hotel… it feels like house keeping constantly moving something. it’s quite noisy. Bad internet network in rooms.

the location is very close to the beach.

it is close to very busy clubs. it is not nice for those who don’t like night clubs. it is noisy and frightening as well…

The hotel was very nice and old modern. Was located near the beach, there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. There is the Morocco mall close.

It needs to be refurbished. The location is not the best if you want to do some tourism.

Barely a 4 star

Bar staff was nice.

Bad smell in room, Sewer smell from air con, was asked if we wanted balcony or or garden room we chose balcony but where given garden, minibar not filled,minibar not in its slot but left under the table, changed linen was stained, no water in the room, telephone in room did not work even after mentioning it, housekeeping staff very loud despite the "do not disturb" sign hanging on the door, the doors are about 1cm of the floor so even guest speaking normally in the hallway will disturb the peace within the room
