Location excellent, restaurants and shopping areas nearby makes it desirable.
Breakfast needs lot of improvement and is not upto the standards, both quality wise and hygiene wise. Infact we saw cockroach in the tea pot and so for the next two days we skipped breakfast and had it outside. Also the smell around is suffocating, ventilation issue might be.
Internet was a major issue as everytime we had to ask for password from reception.
The staff need to to atleast respond back when talked in kannada then we can understand that they are not locals. I certainly have no issues with languages and can communicate in any.
Some space could be allocated in front of the hotel as luggage had to be dropped right on the road itself
Was charged extra for late check out and no comments on that.

The spacious comfortable rooms and the amenities.
The kitchen and the bad breakfast. The gravy was about to go dry. The bread was too thick and probably moist.
