Palma Résidence is convenient located near Termini Station, some main attractions are on walking distance. The room was clean, the AC was working perfect, the bed comfortable, towels changed daily, we had a small balcony with a pleasant view to the inside garden.
The common spaces need a touch of renovation.

The location was excellent, not far from the Rome Termini. The cleaness was impressive.
If the front desk staff showed more of his pleasant and welcoming side he would be in tune with the satisfying facedes of the facilities.

Great central location and functional room
The room had some wear and tear, door handle falling off, damp stain in sealing, shower head broken.
