The room was clean and the location was perfect.
The hot water was not working. The room didn't have plugs to charge my devices. Thee only one they pointed out was not working. I had to use the kettle plug for charging.

The receptionists were all amazing! We got the three bedroom apartment which was super comfortable and spacious! The room was cleaned and well maintained.. The hotel is in a great area, next to busy cafes and restaurants!

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff replies to any complaint promptly and the location is perfect
The air conditioning is the worst in this hot weather! We couldn’t sleep for the 3 nights. we had to ask for a fan, they gave it to us right away but it was broken as well. The AC worker came to try to fix it several times but it seems that the machines are very outdated that there was no way the temperature goes down below 26 if not more!
Also the furniture is outdated but that didn’t bother us as much as the AC with a 43 degree weather.
