We had a comfortable and pleasant 4-night stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the location was convenient for getting around Cairo. The best part of our stay was definitely the staff — especially the receptionist, Olfat. She was incredibly warm, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. She answered all our questions patiently and always went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Her kindness genuinely made our stay more enjoyable.
Overall we were satisfied and don’t have any significant complaints. There is always small room for improvement, but nothing affected our experience in a meaningful way.

Breakfast was quite good and the rooftop has good views. Staff has been kind and friendly and it felt very safe.
The street is very noisy and the windows are not soundproof so it is impossible to sleep (we stayed in 3rd floor)
We didn’t have hot water on the second night and even though they came to fix it, we ended up having 5 people shouting in front of our room at midnight until we told them to stop at 1 am.
I have been travelling for years and this is the first time I had a sleepless night in a 3-star hotel because of the noise.
