Good place; great location, good room, but disappointing services

The location is beautiful and peaceful!

I had informed the management twice about the AC not working, one was when we arrived, and the second time was in the evening. Both times we were told that they'd send somebody over to check the room. No one showed up. We ordered lunch, in spite of calling for room service to get the dishes cleared, they waited till the night to have someone pick it after asking multiple times.

Excellent...Enjoyed the stay.

1. Supportive & co-operative staff. 2. Cleanliness and hygiene is maintained very well. 3. Location is very peaceful. 4. Breakfast was very nice. 5. Value for money at heart of the city.

Not recommended for weekend stay with family

Location and the small building almost like an old house rather than commercial property. The security guard and houseboy was very helpfull.

The drawers, cabinets, mini fridge were all dirty. It seems these have not been cleaned since ages and there is no supervision to check the cleanliness of the rooms. All water pipes were covered with thick layer of scales. The faucet and other pipes made a horrible sound as water poured out. The water was also turbid and not clear. We were two adults yet they provided only one cup in the room, so had to ask for it. One glass was extremely dirty which raised doubt in my mind regarding the cleanliness of the other one...in short not an ideal hotel to stay with family. There are multiple options available nearby if you are concerned about health and hygiene of your family.

I like the cleaning and food service.

I don't like the room booking was done for semi delux but the room where not available in the upper floors as mentioned while booking so i need to book delux room by paying extra as i was not having any other option which is unprofessional.

Reasonable OK stay.

The room is good. Spacious and balcony was amazing with great view.

I got a call in morning to checkout at 11 even when booking says checkout at 12. 12 was accepted but yeah didn't feel good. The sound from the clubs next to the hotel is very loud till 1AM

Slippery bathroom floor No elevators House lizard showed up in the room Costlier. Price doesn't justify the overall experience.

it was clean, food was good

tv was not working, had to call for help several times. there was disturbance, reception called in the morning 2-3 times on asking why, they said they didn’t call.
