Personalul este amabil, politicos. La recepție se vorbește foarte bine în engleză și sunt foarte săritori. Doamna de serviciu vine zilnic, schimbă prosoape, lenjerie, aspiră.
Mâncarea este foarte bună, nu extrem de diversificată însă găsești mereu ceva pe placul tău, chiar si pentru bebelușa noastră, desi nu au un baby corner separat.
Snack barul are multe gustărele bune.
La pranz și cina au foarte multe prajituri bune.
Sunt pet friendly, noi având un cățel, a fost primit contra-cost.
Plaja este foarte aproape.
Băutura din restaurant este ok (sucuri, bere, cafea, apă).
Parcarea este ok, contra-cost.
Piscina este extrem de curată.
Din păcate hotelul nu are o plajă privată, însă plaja este foarte aproape.
Apa din piscină este destul de rece.
Mobilierul din cameră este ușor învechit. Baia este partea cea mai proastă, cada nu este lipită de perete și curge apă în toată baia...
Băutura oferită la barul de la piscină este mai slab calitativă in comparație cu cea din restaurant (bere, cafea, sucuri).
Taxele pentru animal de companie și parcare mi se par destul de mari.

Като цяло останахме доволни от престоя си. Хотелът е с чудесно местоположение, стаята беше чиста и комфортна, а храната – много вкусна.
Хотелът няма частен плаж, с допълнително заплащане е престоят на плажа. Ако трябва да дам препоръка, бих споделила две неща. Според мен би било хубаво стаите с тераса да не изискват допълнително заплащане, тъй като това е удобство, което много гости очакват като част от престоя си. Освен това бих се радвала персоналът на бара да бъде една идея по-отзивчив към гостите. Когато посещаваш хотела за първи път, е нормално да не знаеш какво и къде се предлага, затова малко повече съдействие и любезно отношение биха направили впечатлението още по-добро.

The rooms were spacious and the bed was big, nevertheless it was two single beds joined together, which made a gap between them and made it uncomfortable. The surfaces were clean. There was WiFi in the room, unpaid. They swiftly respond to complaints about not working or broken things. The pool was clean and they cleaned it every morning. The staff was friendly and tried to make a good impression. There was an outdoor dining area and there was sufficient space for everyone.
The hotel is not as pictures show. Most facilities are outdated, worn-out and in need of repair/refurbishment or change. Bathroom was big but very dated, there was sand in the corners, the water changed temperature randomly while running and as a result I almost bunt my child!
The breakfast had very limited contents, basic continental breakfast plus two tradinional breakfast items, both deep-fried, that they served every odd day. Aside from that, there were no fruit whatsoever and only cucumbers and tomatoes as healthy items.
The other meals were also limited, they tried to offer variety but in the end it was not so much different meals than different labels to present them. Grill items were low quality and done poorly. Snack offered only one, maximum two items. Beverages were boxed, alcohol very poor quality.
It was close to the beach but not what I describe as a first line hotel. You have to walk 5 minutes approximately to reach the sea. The umbrellas and chaises were paid separately.
The hotel was soundproofed but only from outside noise. Noisy guests were a common occurrence and we were woken by such two of the mornings at twenty to 8. The lobby bar had customers that made noise late into the night and nobody took any regard.
Bad TV reception. The elevators were only two and sometimes they did not operate properly or at all.
