The property was set in a beautiful, quiet and idyllic setting. Access to three great beaches, one of which has a couple of fab tavernas for lunch. The couple who ran the suites were so lovely - very friendly and kind! Will definitely return!
Also, visit meeting with nature kantina for fresh juices and homemade gifts - only a 6 min drive away!

Everything about our stay was incredible! The studios are spotless, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The pool area has phenomenal views of the surrounding landscape and sea. What made the stay extra special was the incredible hospitality—the staff went above and beyond, and a massive thank you to Vasiliki for being such a caring, warm, and amazing host. Highly recommend 3Aktes Studios to anyone visiting Syvota

We had a lovely 6-night stay at 3Aktes Suites & Studios, and it was even better than we expected.
Everything was very well organized, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent. There is also plenty of shaded parking for all guests, which was a big plus.
A special mention goes to the lovely lady who owns and manages the hotel. She was incredibly kind, welcoming and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable.
We felt very comfortable here and would definitely come back again! 🤗
I think was ok, maybe the pool needs to be a little shallower for the kids

Cleanliness and good condition of the rooms, friendliness of the hosts, great location with lovely views, easy access and parking, nearby taverns. Spacious room and balcony and overall a great stay for all of us.
