Great welcome, friendly and helpful

The second time we have stayed and one again everything is great. Secure garage parking for motorcycle and an extremely friendly helpful ladies at reception. A short walk into town for some goodnfood and wine.

Excellent budget hotel

We stayed here on route to the Santander ferry, and it proved to be an ideal stop over. It is very easy and quick to get to and from the motorway. Easy and secure parking. Very friendly and efficient check-in. Basic hotel but spotlessly clean and comfortable. 10 min walk to old town which is pleasant and a nice place to stop for 1 night. Some good restaurants in particular El Lagar de Isilla (baby lamb and their own wine excellent).

Tea and coffee in room would be nice but cafe downstairs attached to hotel so not a big issue.

Found the people in the town very friendly as were the staff at Hotel Alisi Hotel room was not big but adequate for a couple of nights.

All ok for our purpose.

Great location with secure parking and helpful staff.

Booking was easy. Reception ladies lovely and very helpful re storing our ebikes and carrier. Room clean and perfectly functional.

Close to the city center, restaurants, bars and other places.

Construction ond the main street right in front of the entrance, no notice in advance from the management or the staff. Dirty and noisy...

Great find and one we keep returning to..

The rooms are large and airy and we had a balcony attached. Everything is always exceptionally clean and the staff are all lovely and friendly 😁 it's a short walk into town but there's also a small cafe in the hotel if you don't want to venture far.

The only issue at the moment is the state of the road outside and never knowing whether you'll be able to get directly to the hotel or have to find a way round! This is NOT the hotels fault but can be a bit of a nightmare!

Great stopover travelling through Spain

The room was superbly clean, the staff very friendly and efficient, the location couldn't be better and the underground parking makes it easy. We have stayed there 3 times now and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Exceptional

Property was fine, but not warned that road in front of hotel was closed for repairs. So parking was hard. When I found hotel on foot they were really helpful. Their garage available and access sorted.

The main eating location is the other side of the river only a 10 min slow walk.

Clean comfortable hotel but lacking good staff.

There are roadworks taking place in front of the hotel which made the approach to the hotel very difficult and treacherous also made it very difficult to find as there was only one way into the road.

There was no buffet breakfast as there was no staff to run it. Also the receptionist who was lovely, had so little English that she said the snack breakfast finish at 08.00 instead of started!

road works outside the hotel so hard to get to the hotel. should have been informed about the work. air conditioning could do with upgrading as didn’t work that well.

Should be convenient hotel ... but!!

very clean and comfortable room. central

It should have been easy to find the hotel, in fact I chose it specifically as it looked straight forward to reach from motorway for one night stop. Unfortunately, no one had told us the road outside was being dug up and was closed to traffic and had been since February. After trying to follow a typical Spanish diversion ( one sign then nothing else) managed to park and walk to hotel- 15 mins- to be informed we could in fact have driven up to hotel and then used our pre booked underground parking opposite! By now we were exhausted, trekked back to find car, unpacked and parked nearly an hour after we should have done.

good location for the town with motorcycle parking

Great location for the town, despite the road undergoing works and being partially closed we were given perfect directions and they were looking out for us as we arrived. Motorcycle parking in garage opposite the hotel

Clean but cramped room. Good location though

Really helpful staff, the little cafe attached was good too. Garage opposite was great for secure parking.

Major Road works right outside the hotel which started at 7:30 until late evening. Bed & pillows very uncomfortable. Bathroom cramped & not easily accessible if you have any disabilities. Air conditioning non existent. Like something from the 70s
