The floor and furniture surfaces in the rooms seemed worn out, there was no tea kettle and heated towel rail in the room.

It was a fantastic location for us. Easy reach to most places by using the tram which is right on your doorstep.
The property is clean and comfortable.
Not having easy access to water bottles. Not enough free bottles in the room. Just one small bottle of fizzy water and one still water.

The breakfast was amazing as the last visit.
The staff on Friday evening during the check-in was inflexible. I asked in advance for the sauna opening times via email. After the reply from the hotel (03:00pm till 08:00pm) I asked to keep the sauna open till 09:30pm, as I knew that I will arrive around 08:00pm. The answer was…they can’t change to timer (5 hours).
