I enjoyed the breakfast, the pool and the location. The staff were very gentle and helpful. The room and facilities were clean.
I didn’t like the access to the parking lot. They don’t open the direct door unless it is very busy. You have to turn around and use the same way as cars to access to the hotel’s main door. The sidewalk is also blocked by plants. The TV of the room didn’t have steaming options, when I asked they told me that only the rooms with king size beds have those TVs. We just had a small and cabled TV with poor options to watch. the hallways don’t have AC and they get very hot during the day. The room’s AC was a little bit inefficient, it got hot during part of the night.

La ubicacion del hotel es en el crentro de cucuta a 2 cuadras del centro comercial ventura lo cual hace muy conveniente conseguir cosas aunque caminar por ahi de noche no es bueno.
La falta de personal durante nuestra estadia fue muy notoria. En las tardes y noches habia un mesero en el bar de la piscina y el mismo era el chef del restaurante y el botones de maletas (obviamente no daba a basto). 1 de los 2 ascensores nunca sirvio durante nuestra estancia y el otro se dañó el ultimo día y nos toco bajar nuestro equipaje 5 pisos caminando. Deberian remodelarlo ya que las pocas remodelaciones que se le han hecho desde su construcción debieron haber sido hace mas de 20 años y se nota! El baño en la habitación es viejo y con innnodoros muy gastados y las cosas ya muestran su edad.
