Staff was helpful and polite, the hotel itself modern clean, room was comfortable (junior suite) I believe it was, very good ac and nice view (overlooking Ventura mall) great shower pressure hot water, great location!
Cleanliness on the bedding like the comforter can be better, little weird stains, pool was not working but weather was not the best so was ok!

The buffet breakfast gave me a tummy bug - I had to get medicine for.
