Location

Very loudly rooms, inappropriate for relaxing.

This hotel was very clean and the beds were fairly comfortable. The rooms are quite basic but sufficient for a few nights stay. Our room went straight out on to a lovely roof terrace. The breakfast was standard continental breakfast (without eggs). The location is great for a beach holiday and the transport system to Venice was very efficient. Plenty of safe parking.

Very few options for eating out if like us you don't eat at the hotel. We were the only English staying at the time and naturally everything was geared to the Italians. The walls seem very thin for an older building and so it was very noisy.
