Schönes Zimmer mit allem was man braucht, tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit allem was das Herz begehrt; fußläufig zum Strand, ruhig gelegenes Hotel, unkompliziertes Ein/Aus-Checken, trotz Aussage das Zimmer sei noch nicht fertig, konnten wir bei früher Ankunft schon rein, sonst erhält man bereits ab 11.00 den Schlüssel und kann sein Auto sicher parken! Für uns insgesamt perfekt, wir waren zum zweiten Mall hier und kommen ganz sicher wieder!!!
Zimmer-Thermostat liess sich nicht wirklich regulieren; WLAN konnte nicht genutzt werden, für uns aber nicht schlimm, im Gegenteil, wir haben die Entschleunigung genossen, daher auch nicht gemeldet ;-)

Dass das Frühstück nochmal extra bezahlt werde musste.
Dass es keine Möglichkeit gab nasse Handtücher vom Strand aufzuhängen. Zu wenig Ablage im Bad

The location is nice, close to the beach, dunes and forest.
The room was a bit outdated and there was a strange smell coming from the bathroom in the evening/night. We closed the bathroom door and opened the window. Fortunately Oostkapelle is a quiet place and the weather was good.
We also experienced an uncomfortable lack of service and hospitality.
For instance; room keys must be collected from the office of a nearby campsite reception. And although there is a restaurant below the rooms, it seemed closed at all times except for breakfast.
For a hotel of this value we expected more!
