The hotel is conveniently close by vehicle to Oporto International Airport. The hotel is well-designed with a spacious foyer & large rooms. The staff were helpful & friendly.
The a/c worked, but like most hotels in Europe, pretty ineffective when the outside temperatures are high.

Big room, big bathroom, comfortable bed, fridge in room, free onsite parking. Great location for driving to the airport next morning. usually I stay in the airport hotels, but they were fully booked, so instead I stayed at this hotel.
Window does not open, no shampoo in bathroom, now surfaces or basket to put the soap in the shower so I put on the floor. Dated lobby. would stay there again, but the hotels at the airport are usually better value for money.

I arrived very late at night - after midnight. The man in the hotel reception was very helpful. When I had trouble with the first room I got, I was given a larger room on a higher floor.
The toilet didn't flush in the first room I was assigned.
