Very clean, beautiful, and welcoming! The hospitality was absolutely amazing. Despite having a no-tipping policy, the service was truly 101%—attentive, warm, and exceptional. My family really enjoyed our stay, and we would definitely come back. Highly recommended.
The Chinese-themed breakfast buffet had a great variety, but the dishes were too salty. We opted instead for the fresh fruits, cereal, and local delicacies, which were delicious and a lighter choice for us.

The resort has a beautiful ambiance and well maintained facilities.
We were really looking forward to staying at this resort since it was our first time visiting this resort. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We encountered a staff member (the porter/cart driver) whose behaviour made us feel unwelcome. My dad greeted him with “Good evening” but he didn’t respond at all. Moments later, when a foreign guest boarded the cart, the same staff member smiled warmly and greeted them with “Good evening”. It was disheartening to witness what felt like unequal treatment, especially towards fellow Filipinos. Everyone deserves to be treated with the same courtesy and respect, regardless of their nationality. To make matters worse, my brother in law heard the same staff member over the radio saying “Mo gawas napud sila” (Are they going out again). Hearing this comment made us feel like we were being talked about in a disrespectful and dismissive manner. It left us wondering whether guest are viewed as an inconvenience simply for wanting to use the services we’ve paid for. We are on holiday to relax and enjoy the resort, not to feel like we’re a burden to the staff. It was an extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
I would like to comment the night manager Jacob, who handled the situation professionally. He listened to our concerns, sincerely apologised on behalf of the staff, and did his best to address the issue. His excellent customer service was greatly appreciated and helped ease an otherwise unpleasant experience.
