The location was very convenient for me.
The immediate street was a bit off — and the gate to the property was broken throughout the stay meaning anyone off the street to walk in,

In a super fun neighborhood; steps from shops/restaurant and the bus stop/a rail station; property was clean and nice and in a safe-seeming area; the room was quiet despite being in a bustling street; the room was spacious and felt a bit more like an apartment than a hotel; the breakfast was wonderful and the staff so friendly and courteous.
It was perfect for what we needed.
No AC, but not really a complaint as it is Europe and the room was equipped with a powerful fan and windows to let in a breeze. Otherwise, nothing, we would happily stay here again!

rooms at ground floor, window that could open wide, reasonable bed, nice staff

Quiet, clean, spacious and in the right location for me.
The wifi was feeble and often did not work at all.
The electric socket was difficult to reach and there was only one near the desk.
