The people working there were lovely, the breakfast was great, and the location was amazing. Will be staying here again for sure!
The only thing I can think of is the showers were quite small, and no TV in the room, but honestly that wasn’t particularly bothersome

The staff was courteous and was kind to transfer me to another room infront of the street. It is walking distance to Collesium but a bit far from Trevi fountain if you try to walk, for people who is not used to walking like me.
I have difficulty with the toilet bowl. The stool does not fully flush down the toilet bowl. I reported it and they went immediately to fix the problem.

Highly recommended! Casa Santa Sofia is a great hotel with the perfect location in Rome. The area feels very safe, and we were comfortable walking around even at night.
The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located near many attractions, restaurants, and public transport. What made our stay even more memorable was the excellent service from the staff, especially Nicole. She was incredibly pleasant, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. She went above and beyond by helping us with directions, guiding us on the best routes, and recommending great restaurants to try.
The rest of the reception team was equally helpful and welcoming. During check-out, they kindly assisted us in booking a taxi, which was especially convenient since we were traveling with luggage. Their efficiency and willingness to help made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Overall, the excellent location, clean facilities, and outstanding hospitality made our stay truly pleasant. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Casa Santa Sofia to anyone visiting Rome.
