The rooms appear to have been newly renovated
The staff only seen to interested in you if you are on one of their company coach trips. The staff were rude to my husband when we were trying to check in because they were busy seeing to those guests to we had to wait. They were all serving them their dinner in the dining room. There was another couple in the bar but they were told the bar is closed as they were busy serving dinner for the guests. Although the rooms did appear to be newly renovated they were the size of a shoe box. The shower cubicle was a real struggle to get in and out of and I’m only a size 12-14 so if you any bigger it will be a struggle. There is plenty of storage and a desk/chair with a mirror in the room but not a lot of floor space. I won’t be staying there again that’s for sure.
