The close proximity to the sea with great views
Easy walk to town centre
The cost for overnight parking at the nearby car park. I thought the menu lacks variety should include pub classics. The breakfast on the other hand was outstanding

Good location, waiting staff were pleasant. Bed comfortable.
We were in a ground floor room, looking out to a yard area, didn’t feel safe enough to keep a window open and as much as there was a small fan in the room it was noisy and the room got very hot. The light in the bathroom also went off whilst having a shower. Not really much choice or given a choice for other variations at breakfast. Bar was also very expensive.

Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was adequate.
Location was good.
Very poor room.
Sink was very slow draining.
Broken floor tiles next to toilet, potentially dangerous.
1 of 2 bathroom lights not working.
Mirror light switch cord broken.
Noisy extractor fan in bathroom.
Double bed pushed next to wall making it very difficult during the night.
They've turned this into a triple room. Should only be a double.
Creaky floor with floorboards moving as much as 1.5 cm just outside bathroom.
Very noisy guests up to 3.a.m.
We couldn't change as it was the last room and it was late.
