Great location, wee bit dated as all the older hotels are in the area, but the checkin at reception was easy as Ali (from Alexandria) was great, kind polite and attentive, showed us the room and how to get in out of hours.
Parking on the street is free out of hours , however parking at the hotel came at a cost (thought it was free) but Ali mentioned that’s it private land and unfortunately there is a charge (luckily we find some street parking)

Location, staff were very helpful, very clean throughout, fridge & microwave access.
Wish I was better prepared as it is room only. Upon arrival I was actually told staying in another building which was fine but unexpected. This did not make any difference to my overall stay which was good.

Excellent hotel, Excellent staff that are extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Excellent rooms. I highly recommend booking into the Savoy hotel.

Cheap. Clean bathroom, towels and sheets.
Place is shabby. Lack of plug sockets. Tatty lamp and furniture. Things needed mending or replacing.
