It is a cosy place, the room look like a simple hotel style, despite the name hostel. The exterior of the building is nicely renovated and inviting. The restaurant building look very hip & modern, unfortunately it was closed during weekend.
There is no Netflix app installed on TV

We walked from the Tornio/Haparanda bus station to hostel, easy 20min walk. Couple of restaurants near hostel. 15min walk to Haparanda train station. Train station is a beautiful historic structure. Hostel good value for overnight stay if you have a train heading south or bus north.

I chose this place because it was cheap and naturally I didn't expect any extravagance. The room was just what I needed and I appreciated having access to a shared kitchen and private bathroom. Easy access to the building and the room with a pin code, no contact with staff required. Great central location.
