Very friendly and helpful staff, we checked-in very late that wasn't problem. Breakfast was very good, lots of options, also gluten-free option available.
The room was very cold. Maybe consider "compliment" tea/coffee options also available for a room (free coffee/tea was available downstairs).

It was in a good position, near the river. The suite was very comfortable and roomy and the beds were very comfortable too. The breakfast was very good and the staff helpful. The bathroom was spacious.
The restaurant was closed but another very close by was recommended.
