Breakfast was plentiful and tasty; riverside location was attractive.
The matresses were very soft; the room was fairly small for two people.

Comfy bed, we did sleep well. Local amenities within walking distance. Very quiet area.
Breakfast was poor. Hot food was cold. Lacking quantities of most things.
No hairdryer in room which we expect in a hotel.
Kettle provided but no tea, coffee, cups etc so a kettle is pointless.
The hotel looks lovely from the outside and in the entrance but it fails miserably to provide a good service.
