We really liked the spa, also for the kids. Breakfast was very good! Very nice with the coffee maskin in the room.
The beds were quite hard, especially the sleeping couch. Even the kids complained about it.

The location was convenient, and the spa was a nice addition to the stay. Just keep in mind that access comes at an additional 10 euros price.
The room was miniature - essentially just enough space for the bed. To top it off, the bathrobe was infested with clothes moths, so yeah… not exactly the best experience.

Very good location, and free parking. The lobby was stunning, and the spa was modern and really good.
Our suite had an enormous double balcony.
The staff was super friendly and helpful.
Special mention to Oksana at the restaurant, very atentive and service-oriented 😁
Our suit was a bit dated, in dire need of a facelift. The sliding doors for the wardrobe were probably damaged, very hard to slide open and shut.
The hidromassage tub didn't work, total bummer.
The room was poorly cleaned, and we found several long black hairs in our towels. We are both blond I'm bold 🙈
The included breakfast was a la carte, a new concept they've implemented this year. They could not supply my two choices, poached eggs with salmon and eggs benedict. Why, i don't know, as they offered me sunny side ups, omelettes or scrambles instead 🤷♂️

The lobby area was nice, when the fire worked. The location was excellent, being only a short walk from the train station and at the bottom of the famous streets. The restaurants were nice too.
I was disappointed by the rooms. They seem to be in a state of updating. They either have an old tired room, with few power points in awkward places, and a nice bathroom, or a nice room with an old tired bathroom.
The staff were nice, but too few of them and they worked reception and the bar. This meant getting any drinks, or service from reception was frustratingly slow.
To be fair it was New Years Eve and probably much busier than usual. It was a full hotel, but they should have had enough staff to cope.
